Charlotte, N.C. – July 24, 2015

Look out Queen City; a much-needed addition to the restaurant and nightlife scene is coming to town this fall. Offering authentic jazz, authentic blues, and authentic New Orleans food, the new restaurant is focused on bringing a wonderful full-scale experience to the Queen City. According to the restaurant Proprietors, the vibe of this new restaurant will be one of comfort and quality. This one-stop shop is scheduled to become a destination place, where customers can enjoy a tasty lunch, amazing dinner, grab a thirst-quenching cocktail or beer, and enjoy live music. Customers are not only encouraged to come in for happy hour, but stay for dinner and so much more.

“Since moving to Charlotte in 2001, I’ve had a constant struggle with finding a venue that offers true authenticity. Specifically, my boyfriend and I have been looking for a “get it all” venue that allows us to get good food, good music, and good drinks in a clean and safe environment. The new venue that I’m hearing about is selling the concept of authenticity. We’ll be watching closing for what they bring,” stated Amanda McCroskey, Assistant Vice President of a financial institution here in Charlotte.

With a slogan like “Everything’s Authentic Here”, the executive team is proud to announce that their Executive Chef is a true New Orleans native. The menu will include traditional New Orleans favorites like Gumbo, Po-Boys, and Etouffee, but the chef has a few delicious tricks in store for the Grand Opening slated for early October 2015.

The new hot spot would like to invite press and media to attend an exclusive soft opening. Come out, taste the food, take in the atmosphere, and welcome this much-needed treasure to the Queen City.
